Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return or exchange in accordance with the following terms, and we will do our best to assist you.

1. Conditions for Returns

Validity Period: You may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days from the date of delivery; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Basic Requirements: The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from wear, with intact original packaging, all labels, and accessories retained. You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as order number, email confirmation, etc.).

Special Notes: The following items are not eligible for return or refund: assembled/installed products, custom-made or special-order items, clearance or final sale products, and gift cards. Please carefully confirm product details before placing an order.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

The product has manufacturing defects, quality issues, or is damaged upon receipt;

The received product does not match the order information (e.g., wrong model, specification, color, etc.);

Return requested due to personal preferences, ordering errors, or other non-quality reasons (must meet the basic requirements above).

3. Return and Exchange Process

Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team via the official designated email, providing your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product's current condition (specifically required for damaged or incorrect items). If requesting an exchange, clearly state the size or model of the same-category product you wish to exchange for.

Review & Guidance: Our customer service will complete the review within 1-2 business days. Upon approval, we will provide the return address, return shipping label (if applicable), and subsequent operation guidelines.

Ship the Item: Properly package the item as instructed and ship it to the designated return address to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

Inspection & Processing: After receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection. Once confirmed eligible, we will process the refund or exchange as requested (no additional handling fees apply to exchanges; shipping cost responsibilities follow relevant terms).

4. Order Cancellation

You may contact customer service to cancel your order before it is shipped. Upon successful cancellation, a full refund will be issued; once the product is shipped, it must be processed through the above return process, and direct cancellation is not supported.

5. Fee & Refund Details

Shipping Cost Responsibility: For returns/exchanges due to product quality issues or wrong delivery, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by us; for returns initiated due to personal reasons, the return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.

Refund Rules: After approval, the refund process will be initiated within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account (e.g., PayPal, bank card, etc.). The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of the payment institution and bank, usually 7-15 days.

Fee Waivers: No additional handling fees are required for returns/exchanges; the original order shipping fee is non-refundable for returns not caused by us.

6. Handling of Special Cases

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery and provide relevant proof. Requests beyond this period will be handled in accordance with the regular return rules;

If the refund is delayed or not received (exceeding 15 business days), please first check your payment account and bank statement. If confirmed not received, contact customer service for assistance.
